Mighty Mights +

What
We understand the younger your kids are, the more they need to move! Spark is excited to introduce our newest Summer program, Mighty Mights+!
This 3-hour class will give parents a break and allow the littles to express themselves as independent little ones. Our Mighty Mights is about guided free play and introducing them to the fun behind the movement. Our passionate coaches will keep them moving with fun games and activities with other kids their age!

We will provide 2 water and snack breaks for the kids. All Mighty Mights must bring a snack and lunch provided by parent/guardians.
Might Mights must be potty trained, coaches will not be changing diapers.

1x per week: $80 3+ Weeks - 10%
2x per week: $144 7+ Weeks - 20%
Full week: $240 Sibling - 10% (only applied to 2nd sibling)

CrossFit Kids +

What
Keep your kids engaged all Summer long with a variety of physical activities such as group games, tennis, and obstacle courses! The philosophy of the class is to allow kids to embrace healthy movement within a high energy & fun atmosphere, led by passionate coaches. 💙

We will provide 2 water and snack breaks for the kids. All CrossFit Kids must bring a snack and lunch provided by parent/guardians.

Intro to Strength & Conditioning

What
We are home to everyone’s fitness journey here at Spark. No journey is as important as starting from the beginning. This class will push athletes outside their comfort zones and begin to teach athletes the benefits of physical activity and mental toughness. Our strength and conditioning program has a heavy focus on teaching proper mechanics and introduces the basics of agility, speed work and strength training. 💪

Our Junior AP program is a perfect fit for the athlete who has been through our S&C program. Athletes will be pushed to the next level and hone in on foundational strength movements. 🔥
