• These 60-minute training sessions will incorporate Compound, Athletic, and Functional Exercises using DBs, KBs, Weighted BBs, Bodyweight, and a variety of strength and conditioning equipment to challenge you while creating overall strength.

    Every class you will find a FINISHER that will make you proud you did it, but happy to be done!

Class Highlights

Spark Strength will build muscle with resistance exercises in a periodized programmed team setting.

Spark Fitness & CrossFit Class Cancellation Policy.
There will be a $5.00 accountability fee for anyone who cancels a CrossFit or Spark Fitness Class within an hour of the class start time. There will be a $15.00 no-show fee for anyone who does not cancel out of class and does not show up.
