Spark 4-Week Wellness Challenge
The goal of this challenge is to incorporate healthy choices while learning other best practices that will change how you live your life. This is not a diet, this is a challenge to change your lifestyle.

Individual 4-week Wellness Challenge
Each week there will be 3 daily challenges that you will earn points for. There will always be a fitness & nutrition challenge. The 3rd challenge will revolve around the following:

Mental: Revolves about mindfulness & stress management
Hydration: Get accountability for your water intake that will improve your overall mental and body functionality
Sleep: Reduce stress and clear brain fog by prioritizing your sleep

July 30th: 12:00 pm Virtual meeting for participants with Kelli, our Coach from Spark, to go over details, prep/answer questions
July 31st: 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM InBody Composition Scans @ Spark Fitness Riverwalk (Optional: Drop-in) Be sure to come before you eat lunch!
August 5th: Challenge begins!

4 Week Challenge a weekly video update from our Spark Coach!
The goal of this challenge is to get you to look inward and become aware of your wellness. Each week will bring 3 different daily challenges for you to complete (Ex. Get outside and walk for at least 20 minutes) along with the opportunity to learn other best practices that will change how you look and how you feel. Trust us, if you commit to this, you cannot lose. You will gain a lot of awareness within these 4 weeks, all with the support of a coach and your fellow co-workers/challengers.
You will earn 1 point each time you complete a daily challenge, making it not only FUN but instantly you can challenge yourself or others in the office!
All participants will use the SUGARWOD App for accountability which will be monitored by your Spark Fitness Head Coach. Daily content will be released at 8 pm the night before that will educate, challenge, and motivate you. This is also where you will keep track of your daily point(s) and be able to fist bump your fellow friends on their daily achievements.
Points will be tallied on Monday Morning and Kelli will announce the weekly winner on WEDNESDAYS following the Sunday wrap-up! The top-scoring participants of the week will go into a raffle and be picked out of a hat to win the prize!
There will be a GRAND PRIZE for the participant with the highest cumulative score, but remember there will also be 4 weekly winners! So, if you have a bad day or week, you always have tomorrow to get back to it! This is very much like LIFE!
Each week will have a “Theme” that we will use for daily content to educate participants as well as challenge them:
Week 1: “Establishing Healthy Habits”
Week 2: “Stress Reduction”
Week 3: “Strength Training”
Week 4: “Community Engagement & Teamwork”
Participants are responsible for recording their daily points through the SugarWod app and totaling their points at the end of the week.
Every participant will get 4 FREE Spark Fitness classes as part of the challenge! See below for more information on how to activate your free classes!
Participants will have the opportunity to do an InBody scan at the beginning and end of the 4 weeks. Although this is optional, we highly recommend this for participants who want to really make a change to their life
What is an InBody Scan? The InBody scan is a body composition analysis. It measures your body and provides a detailed, yet easy-to-understand report. On your results sheet, you will see metrics including weight, total skeletal muscle mass, total body fat, total body water and a full segmental muscle and fat analysis. Although this scan MAY not change much from start to finish because 4 weeks is a short period of time (we typically recommend doing it 3 months apart), it can really help ensure you are on the right track and/or help you stay on track.
Virtual Meetings with a Spark Coach: There will be a scheduled virtual call with Spark Fitness Director of Fitness & Wellness, Kelli Vossler, before the start of the challenge. If you cannot make this call, a recorded version will be emailed to you, PLEASE DON’T MISS OUT ON WATCH THIS. Plan for 60 minutes.

Know your WHY & write it down somewhere you will see it every day
(bathroom mirror, whiteboard on the refrigerator, screensaver on the back of your phone)Download the SugarWOD app on your phone. Use your personal email to sign up.
Spend the week cleaning out your pantry of triggering foods (aka highly processed, high-in-sugar junk food) if you want to change your nutrition!
Get motivated to choose a healthier lifestyle by telling others in your daily life that what you are doing. A support team makes a difference and can make or break you!
Set a reminder in your phone to check SugarWOD each morning for some daily education and motivation and then end your day by adding your accountability points and writing notes on how the day went.
Remember: This challenge is not about being perfect, it is about being BETTER than yesterday. Small changes add up to be results. Our aim is to EDUCATE you throughout the next 4 weeks.

Step 2️⃣
Once you have an account created, you will gain access to our schedule. All classes in Lawrence will be labeled RIVERWALK, all other classes will take place in ANDOVER. Your passes will be good for BOTH gyms!
Step 3️⃣
Sign up for your chosen class! If you need to cancel, be sure you do so at least 60 minutes before the start of your class.
*If you no-show, you are subject to be charged at $5 accountability fee.

Yes, others will be able to see your points/comments/fist bumps, etc on SugarWod… BUT it is not mandatory for you to use your real name on the app. If you wish to remain anonymous and still participate, when you create your account in SugarWod simply put a fun alias as your first and last name. *Please note that we do encourage you to use your name on the SugarWod app as work camaraderie is important and it truly helps keep you motivated to feel part of a team!

Kelli Vossler is a dedicated fitness professional with a passion for coaching and empowering others to lead healthy lifestyles. With a strong background in athletics and coaching, Kelli seamlessly transitioned into the world of strength and conditioning over 10 years ago, where she now thrives as a respected leader and educator in the industry.
As a former college athlete, Kelli developed a deep understanding of the importance of physical fitness, teamwork, and perseverance. After her collegiate career, she spent eight years empowering young female hockey players, while also honing her skills in strength and conditioning and holistic life coaching. Many of her athletes went on to play competitive hockey in college, the Olympics, and now in the new Professional Women’s Hockey League.
Driven by her desire to make a lasting impact in the lives of others, Kelli transitioned into a full-time profession in strength and conditioning. Currently, she is the owner of a thriving CrossFit Affiliate with over 200 members in Andover, MA. Additionally, she serves as the Director of Fitness at Spark Fitness and Tennis, which has over 2,000 current members with locations in Andover and Lawrence, MA.
Kelli's approach to wellness goes beyond mere exercise routines and what to eat; she is passionate about teaching people that fitness and nutrition are integral components of a fulfilling lifestyle. With a belief in the power of mindset and determination, Kelli inspires everyday people to embrace health and wellness as a journey rather than a chore, fostering long-lasting habits and transformations.
