What is LIT?
Low Impact Training (LIT) will build you up while not breaking you down! Low-impact but high-intensity conditioning will include the C2 bike, C2 Rower, and the C2 Ski to shed body fat and strengthen your heart and lungs while incorporating bodyweight and core-focused movements to ensure success.
